I just discovered a theory 99% applicable to MYEC, I'll call it the ILE's Principal:

What Ed says are not true or lies, e.g. MJPay, emobile, VX Gateway and many many others., What Ed doesn't say or doesn't want to say are true or later on proved to be true, e.g. massive toxic dilution, no bank to integrate, live but not launch, luxury real estates everywhere etc..

Feel free to prove me wrong, haha
