For what it is worth. It is only one mans opinion. I have been taking it for over a year and a half. I started out taking 250 and it was way too much energy for my old bones. I kept reducing it to see how little I could take and still get a decent result. I found that at 75 I was getting enough energy. But the big benefit to my prostate was gone. I worked my way back up to 250. It seems that my body is handling the energy level better now and the prostate benefit is back. Which I really appreciate. I am using the Elysium brand.
