The likely problem is not finding a partner its finding the best terms of any deal to be made. If offers have been made they may not be to the companies liking so you issue a PR (todays). Showing your willing to move ahead without one.

The Prurisol results were impressive I am sure there are interested parties but not at the terms the company care for. Their cash position probably does not help here.

CTIX is the opposite of almost any of their peers they have several promising drugs.
