Contact Norm Birmingham at 443.745.6691 or 443.745.6619 and advise him that there is a bevy of shareholders that would like to participate in bringing value to PGCX or alternatively add value to the SEC's suit against Sweet Challenge, Gallant, Mario and him. With that said the shareholders require the last identifiable BOD members to consent to nominating new BOD members. He should encourage Mario to hold a BOD meeting to approve a three person BOD of which names will be given pending his consent.
