"Yesterday's action was not a result of dilution from everything I can see. The reality is that there is going to be some dilution. Issuing restricted shares pursuant to Form D should have no effect on the market in the short term provided investors understand what is going on. If anything, it is a positive step because the company is receiving cash and value for those shares. The plan remains the same: buy out expensive debt with revenues and/or private placement dollars from individual long term investors to improve the balance sheet and income statement while growing the business. We are making the best moves possible given the circumstance. People that trade like idiots cannot be controlled which is what I attribute yesterday's action to. I have essentially stated the above to the public several times.
