Before working for PM, Bennett spent years as his dad's attorney.

The docs claim that money was used out of a business to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees in at least two different lawsuits for PM's dad.

It does look like PM learned how to set up a fake business, and use all the investor money for personal expenses from his dad. By now, Bennett should just be able to cut and paste the court docs. No wonder he is able to file so many frivolous lawsuits on behalf of Peter.
