Why would ISC not PR the L-3 distribution relationship in Australia?

Why would ISC form a distribution with L-3 if plans were progressing to partner with someone else, or be bought by someone else?

L-3 acquisition targets: $200m raised to $300m, looking at 2 cos in the security detection area..

Hopefully we will finally know(along with a BIG gain) today, tomorrow, or the next day.
