That's not a spin but simply fact yet the spins never stop even as the PPS continues to decline and naive investors still losing money. No sane investor is going to believe the daily short report because they know the bimonthly is a true barometer not the daily yet posted every day to fool investors. No hedge funds care about a nonreporting penny stock to short while there are plenty of stocks to make money on. Just plug in the program trading and instant money. Who cares about a stock where the founder and majority shareholder is currently in prison on felony convictions and his brother with no tech. experience has taken over as leader.
