The company is definitely not closing down, we had some issues getting all the financials from the subsidiaries, which is why the reporting has been delayed. However we have been able to resolve the issue recently and have already been working on the consolidation of our annual report and quarterly reports. We are looking forward to filing these reports soon. Thank you for your patience with us.
