I never said Leo is not honest man - I say he does not have credibility in market so market does not believe him. The most of important quality of a leader/CEO is to earn trust of market and Leo has not done it.

In term of PR - he issues many PR - like call to president Obama that we are ready and the P3 is still not started after 2 years, P53 impact on elephants, congratulations to Cubist, Momentous December that turns into pathetic Dec

So he is honest but we need to add a lot of discounting to the PRs to get real stuff.
