they have had over 3 months (an entire quarter extra) to get the filing done and submitted. at this point it isn't done because they probably just aren't doing it. Yes, I am aware that they told you they were working on it, but any decent accountant could have had them done by now. So they are either not going to do them at all, or they are doing something shady.
anyone can claim they are doing something or are "going to be doing something".....in fact, I just built a robot that will build million houses in 15 days...I have sold some, but I cant tell you how many I have sold and I cant prove that I have sold any, but I am working on my filings right now and you should have them soon. STAND BY (that was a joke for those of you that take things too seriously)
