The firm and the attorney are actually pretty impressive. In all honesty, I don't understand what they see in this case. One would think the dollars to be recovered would be too small. So....if they do take the case then that means somebody is getting sued for fraud and the law firm will ask for punitive damages. That is the only way I can fathom the contingency could make any sense (bwtfdik???).
