I dont get it... In November with an asset valuation of 332 million and revenues of 149 million they recorded no goodwill.

If they didnt record goodwill in their last Q their asset valuation would have been around 309 million.

Looks fishy to me.

I'm very skeptical of companies that record high valuations for Goodwill.
