B2B, At some point you should have gotten access to the Victim Notification System of the DOJ. On that website, you can click on each criminals name and get some details, but there is also a tab at the top that says "site navigation". It opens a drop down box where you can pick "case activity details". That's where it shows Dial went to a halfway house. I seems there should have been an email notification to victims telling us that he's out.

Note that this web site still shows Kesha as the Victim Witness Coordinator on the case, but I emailed her 6/23 and haven't heard back yet. I'd like to get a current status.

I'm still hoping that the little bit we just got was still left over from the initial pot and the DOJ portion is held up pending Dial's court case. The last "official" letter from the DOJ was that an appeal was filed and we would be notified of the outcome, but the "process may take some time". If only Kesha would answer. That email was 8 months ago.
