He proclaimed his innocence concerning sexual assault!
He never said he was innocent of committing adultery!!!
I think his words were something like "he had to answer to his wife and his God" or something like that.

You really have no idea what your wife would do until she is put in that situation.

No one knows what they would do unless it happens to them. You might think you do, but I doubt it.
