I thinks that the only one that can touch these azzholes is the SEC, and as much as I don't care for their tactics, I have opted to file a formal complaint against Schwab in writing to them. If everyone did the same and called mr. Lappins on top of that then we might see some results. Good luck to you what ever you decide to do.
