First opinion bailing on this one the premise for reverse and excedra while I liked it once would be like feeding a gouty for a door that is old and have no desire for a cancerous stock

second opinion maybe advisor person is just waiting for a killer stock to fix up the house.

Third opinion , the press releases are to vague, and we have limited numbers to work off of besides stock valuations persistent without many hard assets.

Fourth opinion, not getting calls returned leads shareholders to wonder what the ceo did with our invested money and financial accountability

fifth opinion the reverse split based off telephony I believe is a measure to maneuver shareholder funds to the ceo.
