Straight talker...

There is nothing I would like to see more...the only problem is that I have been involved with a legal action before where Schwab was clearly at fault and even their attorney admitted that fact to our attorney. They were guilty of negligence and so caused us to sell stock that had been cancelled over 60 days prior without our knowledge and without notification. In the end we spent over $87,000 on our legal team and all they did was continue to out maneuver and litigate us into a no win situation. they are a huge firm with in house attorneys and their funds are all but unlimited...I would love to see someone bring down one of these goliaths...but I think the only recourse we have is through formal complaints filed with the SEC.
