I cant answer a pm...but to answer your question...no it don't hold water and is being said in my opinion to try an instill fear into anyone who questions the company.Yet at the same time pump the stock and re-enforce shareholder confidence.Because it makes it look like he is fighting for the common shareholder against the(so called)evil-doer basher that dare question the merger..Which in turn re-affirms in the common long shareholders mind the deal is legit.Thus making shareholder want to hang on to there shares and/or buy more...He is playing to there emotions....Good thing I brushed up and read that Dr.Sigmond Freud book the other day,so i could be in a position to answer your question tonight...lol or was that to much info...lol Good luck to ya, Austin
