They can't complete step 2 without completing step 1 of the A/S increase I'm not saying that they will never R/S we all have been doing pennies for a while I'm just saying that the shares given out especially the 3 billion will have a little run so they can dilute before the R/S you don't think that they accepted all these shares just to be wiped out do you wash/rinse/repeat I could be wrong it the OTC baby land of milk and honey
