Hi, if you google this and read on investopedia you may get a happier version of a r/s, and also last time I was holding shares and while nobody could buy or sell actually went somewhat higher so I was able to dump at a relatively good price.

Saying that, the purpose of the r/s here is to accommodate the relentless dilution from third party conversion companies who will give these guys real money in trade for shares later which they will dump onto the market in an effort to get their money back with a profit. The problem for common is they just sit back while the number of shares is constantly increasing to pay these bond buyers. That is also the purpose of the increase in authorized. The end result is the decimation of a shareholder's position relative to the total amount of shares which is constantly increasing, or even multiplying.

Every so often, when the actual price per share starts to get closer to zero, then they multiply the number, but really it's just a number, you know times 30, times 50 so on. Since following this stock and thinking it was a great stock way back when, ten thousand dollars is now worth around 50 cents. So actually your ten thousand would be gone, and you would have to pay to liquidate, gone, bu buy

OK, GL
