Meanwhile PPS continues its 90+% decline but the shorts are scared according to some. That latter mantra having been said here for years while all long investors are under water. But let's try to spin the declining PPS as short position's fault whereas the real FINRA bimonthly report paints a different picture. Forget the one billion increase in A/S and its immediate dumping by management virtually right after promised by the same that there wouldn't be an increase in A/S.
