Sure was hoping for that 8K, as per the 'telephone call'. It hurts when someone at the home office says something will happen next week and it doesn't. I'm holding 55million shares in a defunct ticker that just weeks before they shut off the lights the CEOs wife (can't remember her official company title) promised that we (shareholders) were going to be very surprised with the next PR. As it happens, the CEO doubled the AS, held a promising television interview (2nd one in six weeks) on FOX Business....then only a few weeks later issued an 8K stating that the 'major support' (SONY) was pulling out (after telling us there was a signed contract [lied through his teeth]). Went to .00001 immediately.
So....we are all hoping that we are not being strung along, but, all the signs are there...
Don't shoot me, folks.. I still hold quite a large position here and will probably go down with the ship if things fall apart.
I have a difficult time letting go of something with so much promise, however, it wouldn't be the first time a great company was ruined from lack of quality management.
