I think this website might come in handy in the future. Click on "Filings" choose from the window that pops up "Company Filings"and then type in the name of the company you want to find. Also to get the O/S you can call the Pacific Stock pTransfer @ 1-702-361-3033. I usually call them at about 8:30 Pacific Time. Maybe you can try them earlier. Some on board may have an East Coast #.
