He said 7/28-8/1. Tomorrow is 8/1. I don't remember what he said then. I actually was hoping for the filing on 7/28, but it didn't come. He said, if you quoted him correctly, "GOAL" and "SHOOTING FOR" at that time. I'm sure they were. Didn't happen.
That's really not unusual in mergers, especially when you have 16 companies under you. It's not unusual in a merger when you have NO companies under you. Is it? The compliance requirements under SOX are so difficult in this day and time, I don't mind another week, do you? Just get it right when its filed, and that's what we want.

Harris: We had a meeting at the end of the day and we estimate it at the first of next week. We're shooting for Thursday at the latest. Tuesday is our goal.
Isn't that nearly a week overdue now, or have I got the weeks mixed up?
