3rd quarter hasn't even happened yet. 2nd quarter financials should be interesting as no taxes have been reflected on any financial to date, and the lack of profitability of this POS combined with past taxes due spells disaster.
I wouldn't hold your breath for a timely release of financials though as the 10k was over 45 days late and all other filings are also historically late as well.
