CWRN never sold anything except stock shares. Every ship that went out was because a partner made it happen. All the talk back then about CWRN and PanAm Mexico having export permits was part of the scam, they meant nothing for CWRN except to sell shares. Where did all the money go? ZERO revenue came north of the border.
