It would be wise to grasp the reality of our situation. That is, our lawyer is indeed suing us and is no stranger to the court room and that the judge hearing same apes the latter. As far as I know we do not have representation. When, if or ever a court date is set, all I can hope for is that we have done our homework and have our motions ready, I fear we will need it as the judge will only decide on points of law. Let's not get our hat handed to us.
