Itanium was doing fine

Itanium sales had already started going down in 2009 after having failed to match any sales forecasts in previous years.

I agree though Oracle should get it in the neck for the way it broke its contract. Can't say I think much of the way it is just letting Java EE go unsupported and not taking to anyone but I guess that is what it should have done if it really wants to be a piss artist that way and not get caught.
