Francisco Industries, Inc. (FRAZ)

I noticed some recent volume/PPS increase in FRAZ am considering buying a few shares. I also see no one has posted here in a long time. If anyone is still reading this board, I recently bought into MNII, but am considering the prospect of owning FRAZ as well. Just found this and thought the board might be interested. I have not had a chance to read more than the first few pages (Duty calls: My job), but will read it in full later. Be forewarned though. It's a 63 pg. download DOC. I would appreciate others thoughts.
