It's crazy to think that other countries got principle plus half of interest owed. Something like that would send this stock up like crazy! I hope that Obama can set the motion in place for cuba to start paying us back before he leaves office. I'm sure cuba would have to do some kind of payment plan since they may not have the funds to give everyone one big check but it would still send MNII flying, knowing that we will eventually get paid back.
