Decision Diagnostics Ends Plans and Communications With Tauriga Sciences, Inc. Concerning Possible Reverse Merger Transaction

That may have been one of the whiniest, deflectingest press releases issued by a corporate executive I've ever seen. Nothing is EVER CEO Berman's fault, is it?
But the most interesting thing about it to me was the amount of time and space allotted to an explanation of a failed merger attempt that the company had never bothered to inform its shareholders was under consideration in the first place. Rings a bell, doesn't it? Kind of like....no make that EXACTLY like....accepting a position on the Board of Directors of another company without telling the shareholders of HIS company about it until he resigned from the position. (BTW, the "everyone knew because TAUG publicized it" explanation is crap, so no DECN shareholder should accept it...DECN (aka Berman) had an obligation to inform its shareholders.)

What is especially entertaining about the above is that the Taug press release page is now missing the actual Press release announcing Berman's appointment.

Fortunately Google doesn't forget quite so easily:

I don't know much about DECN and even less about its unannounced former proposed merger partner, but I do know that this kind of crap...unissued press releases that should have been issued, disappearing press releases and "it's the other guys fault"...is typical of companies that have operations that they would rather not talk about. I wouldn't do it myself, but some people refer to them as "scams".

If CEO Berman really wants people to know what he has to say in that press release he should probably see to it that it's posted to the company's website...as of this moment it's not on there and I'm relying on the copy and paste of a message board poster.

There's a lot of it floating around.
