The CLAIMS of scams and fraud are bizarre. There are so many ways to slice and dice information. I'm with the Company and its professional auditors.

The SEC filings were audited internally and externally. Some wanna-be IR guy is trying to scam shares by claiming the auditors failed to do their job. His version of facts and law are aligned with the crazy Conspiracy Theory presented here for two years and counting.

Summaries of the auditors position are linked to the Stickie about the lawsuit.

Oh and then there is the Maciora vs. Signature Stock Transfer Case. Check out Signature's new attorney. He's a former SEC litigator and now is a defense attorney for corporate clients. If there is something to be found, he will find it. That's what specialists in white collar crime do. I hope we learn who forged the employment agreement Maciora presented to the auditors.
