I hope you realize that AS&E and Reveal were developing "future" products as well at the time of acquisition. Don't know about Morpho though.
In fact, Reveal's CT-120 (which was being developed during acquisition) is about to tap into a $1B high-speed EDS market. Don't want to say anything about AS&E because this product isn't public yet (not 100% sure).

And ALL companies have IP. Why do you even bring it up?
