I have actually thought about this long and hard and I would personally like to honor Fast Eddie Starrs on his knowledge of the real estate market. I am actually quite serious when I do state that we actually have the finest real estate portfolio of any domestic pink sheet company and the beautiful thing is "we are humble" We don't even brag about it.

I would like to be the first to personally nominate Fast Eddie for CEO of the Year.

Here's to our condos and our fine luau beachside in Hawaii.
