Brokers Restricting Online Trading

I IM'ed Schwab and the tougher I got the more silent and one answer they became..."our risk management department has placed an online trade restriction on INSN" When I explained that I bought it online on Friday and had no access to a phone at the moment and demanded that I be allowed to liquidate INSN the same way I bought it...online...same answer! I told them to check my account and they would see that I tried to buy PAIM last week and when I was told I could not buy or sell it online I opted to pass on the trade. I asked them if they could pass me on to a supervisor and their answer was..."our risk management department has placed an online trade restriction on INSN". I am not usually one to complain about anything market related, because no one ever twists my arm to play...but this is bull zhit and I filed a formal complaint with the SEC and then emailed it to schwab. This was all done through Schwab's IM help line. I went to a neighbor's phone and called them and sold for what by that time had become a loss!!
