For what it is worth I have heard rumors that in the next month ITKG plans to do a PP to raise approximately 1 million (friend of a friend of a friend kind of thing). That the shares will be priced at $2 per share. Again, this means nothing since it is just rumor, however, if it does pan out at least it will mean that the source is pretty good.
