We are having a very low volume day, I expect something from the DEA to come out over the weekend; if not, then sometime next week for sure. All reports and news point towards a decision in the first half of 2016. It can drop ANYTIME.

Perhaps in to close, we see green. Market does close one hour early today as well, people have gotten an early start to their weekend as well.
