Filing won't cure a default. Paying the default will cure a default. Where in those links or in those companies links do you see them curing the default by paying or settling with KBM? Of course, I also think this case will end in a settlement as KBM will not want to answer to the counter claims. Obviously HJOE is not insolvent like many say, as they can certainly afford the defense.
