okay. i would rather pay .003 or a little more on a compelling breakout than sit and hold .0024's of a nonmoving stock. i hate dead money. hopefully, some "good" news will leak and buyers will come. interesting that the company doesn't have any followers buying off of their "tweets." i would think if their future was looking so bright in the immediate future, they would attract buyers galore. exad is weird.
