Looks like it. Investors that do their DD on AROPQ know that the HRHR scenario is more favorable here given all the existing scenarios.

There is BIG money to be made here very soon. Within two weeks the POR will be out and it looks like shareholders will be spared, IMHO.

MM's seem eager to grab sellers shares here too.

VERY LOW FLOAT. And at these prices, much of it is locked up in shareholders hands.

EDIT: BIG BIDDER OVER 400K SHARES ON .066. HE BETTER START HITTING THE ASK OF HE IS GOING TO PAY A LOT MORE.

Holding every share until CA and NV go recreational!
