Here's my take silver... for what it's worth. CRCUF is going to double before ..the likes of..say... EXK or MUX...doubles....IMO. These guys are in the process of hauling in 10M.... and if EXK takes off...that 10M price tag takes off.

Yep...you can jump into EXK...and make several times your money when the metals are financially ruling the planet ...but so will CRCUF be involved.

It's not a dilemma...it's a win/win no brainer :)
