Yes, the only thing is that the guy in the picture is not the Bill Delgado that was on the Board of MyECheck. Is it even remotely possible to work with someone every day for 10 months, see a mugshot and conclude that is the guy you know. That is impossible!!!!!!!

Fast Eddie knows full well that Bill Delgado has lived in the Sacramento area his entire life and that is not the Bill Delgado that was on the board of MyECheck.

This is the level of a disturbed individual that you are dealing with. He is doing this with a desperate nature to attempt but miserably fail to accuse other people of being the bad guy.
