They either sold or bought. They cannot buy because the float is to low to purchase or obtain a 5% stake, which only leaves one outcome.

There is no way to know they would get 3 or 4 times the share price. Doing a RS won't make a 10,000 investment worth more simply bc the share price is higher but having less shares at the same value. Once it RS it will be shorted into oblivion.

What you need to remember is a RS is ONLY attractive when the company does a RS along with a authorized share lowering. That is the way it instructs potential new investors that they are not RS ing to simply re dilute and run up shares again. When they lower the AS after a RS it clearly states the debt is paid and the value is now higher. Seeing how ADMD has a past of diluting stakeholders and shareholders alike no one will finance this, no one will hold this either.

We can disagree or you can not like me but the fact is a company's and CEO's past are a huge barometer for potential investors. The share price will def stay down or go lower. It has no reason to increase on empty rehashed news. The facts are this. Their deadlines and timelines are already late, the cat testing has not even begun yet, the de novo won't be submitted until Q4 and takes 6 months for a decision putting you at Q2 or Q3 of '17 at the earliest possible position. At which by then the company will have run up shares again and at that time be another 1.5 million debt (as stated in the SEC filings for annual financial necessities)
