The EoD volume were seeing recently isn't trading by you or me on the street, they're always a .000283 or a .000297 off digit block trade between MM's. Don't know what to think of it.

Like today there was about 6M bid at .0003 just 5 minutes before the close and they make sure to clear that out so they can do the block trade of 37,094,550 at .000283
