I would think that with all of the volume we have seen lately, the PPS would move up a little and stay up.

Gee, that is so mysterious. Why is that?

Let's see - dark company, delinquent. History of ridiculously fraudulent promotions. History of management awarding themselves and associates big blocks of stock. Yup......the answer to your question is becoming clearer........
