It would send a powerful message...but it will not happen until the first week of August. The power message the DEA is sending is that they have been wrong for the last 40 years....they don't exactly lose gracefully. We will wait until the deadline for the response and even then it will have an actual effective date that will run a week or 2 behind the initial press release.
