Well....the company recently reduced the A/S (some 1.5 BILLION shares). From what i understand about A/S reductions, they done to cap the limit of excess inventory (stock in waiting)..this limits the conversions of notes and in turn.. usually good for shareholders.. maybe the reduction in the A/s spooked a few of the note holders because their inventory (head-room) got lower and they rushed to convert. This is just a theory , ill be interested to see what the company's next update says.

Somebody must really be upset with this stock, lol
