I have additional complaints with SEC, and yes I have called them and they have called me for additional questions.

They do seem to want to address any manipulation and naked short trading. One guy from SEC said they know it is a big issue but these market makers are very hard to catch. I told them they are hard to catch because of the regulations you give them gives them too many options to work in groups and trade their share naked shares to get around rules.

I would love for them to put in place much stronger rules, and foreclosures such as any 5% holders must also report when they are selling short their shares.
