I agree with you actually LJ.
There will be some with the risk tolerance to add or jump in here prior to PR. Looking back, the ones holding prior to substantive PRs had great profit-taking opps and those who bought after PR have been averaging down to put themselves in a better position. If PR is on point, most will miss again. I was on wrong side once and since have worked the timing and taking adequate amounts off table to leave me with substantial shares with little skin in the game. I dont really need to take any off table next go round. We will see. I will hang on with a big chunk longer term, unless something major changes.
I personally would have no issue selling a couple mil of my shares at a penny or two. I know. Lay off MJ. It is possible though. Actually much more. Company has to take the right steps. The filings and PR are key to this like you mentioned.
